We are a boutique firm, focused on Consulting, Mentoring, Coaching and Advisory. We consult MSME/SME organizations, startups, founders, leaders and teams. Our consultants have both professional and entrepreneurial experience, demonstrated across long and meritorious careers, across functional roles, in India and abroad. Our team consists of horizontal and vertical Subject Matter Experts.
What we do
Our offerings are organizational strategy, business development consulting, implementing professional systems and processes. We also help our customers with pitch deck and fund raising advisory. Our approach is to engage with our clients in medium/long term assignments, thru both periodic onsite interventions as well as virtual meetings(Zoom, Meet, Teams etc.), along with phone/email support, customized to objectives.
Meet the Founder
Mr. Anirudha Modak
Anirudha is the founder and Principal Consultant at GuruOnTap. He thrives in delivering value to start-ups and MSME/SME organizations.
Prior to the recent successful exit from his Fin-Tech start-up, Anirudha has 24 years of experience working with MNCs and Indian Corporates, in India and abroad.
He has worked in companies like Airtel, Reliance, Bahwan Auto, Godrej, Kirloskar and SHL in business development and operations. He was last working as the COO (India) for a listed IT Services and Solutions Company.
Anirudha is hold an Engineering degree from Pune University and MDP from IIM-A. His is a certified Coach from Coach-U USA. His is trained in sales, logistics, operations and behavioral sciences from global trainers and facilitators.
